2. Agreement Overview

By using or accessing our Service, you agree to abide by these Terms, as well as any other policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy). These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Relax Pregnant regarding your use of the Service. Any translated versions of these Terms are provided solely for your convenience; in case of conflict, the English version shall prevail.

5. Creating an Account

1. Account Registration: Certain features of Relax Pregnant require an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your login credentials confidential.
2. Trial Period: If offered, you may use Relax Pregnant free of charge for a 7-day trial period. At the end of this trial, unless canceled, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will be charged accordingly.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

1. Free Trial: After the free trial (if offered), you must subscribe to continue accessing premium features. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
2. Automatic Renewal: All subscription plans renew automatically at the end of the billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Subscription fees will be billed to the payment method you provide during sign-up.
3. Refunds: You can request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment. Beyond this period, no refunds will be issued.
4. Cancellation and Access After Cancellation:
   • If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to your account and any stored content until the end of your current billing cycle.
   • After the billing cycle ends, access to the Service and stored content will be terminated unless you reactivate your subscription.
5. Payment Processing: We use Stripe (or a similarly secure platform) for payment processing. By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate payment details and bear any charges resulting from incorrect information.
6. Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after fee changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

7. Usage Limits

To ensure fair use and optimal performance, Relax Pregnant may impose limits on the number of personalized content sessions generated, or the number of queries made to Ask Relax Pregnant AI. If your usage exceeds reasonable limits or disrupts the Service for others, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
